This mask is not recommended for use in a surgical setting, or where significant exposure to liquid bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected. Please be aware that this is not meant to cure/prevent disease. However, it is now recommended by the CDC that face coverings be worn at all times where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain especially in areas of significant community-based transmission.
